All the numbers are total for twelve months. Round numbers are fine. Start with the bills and receipts you have. If not available or doesn't apply, leave the data blank. Don't guess. It will be reported as an exclusion.

Electricity usedElectricity used by the business during the reporting year. If you don't have the bill for all 12 months, take the highest month's usage and multiply by 12.

Add the numbers for a more complete Scope 1 and 2 footprint. Leave it blank if there’s no data or doesn’t apply. Your report will still list them but as not counted, and shows what it includes and what it doesn't.

Town gas or natural gasFrom your gas bill, in kWh. Used for cooking, hot water or process heat.

District cooling or chilled waterOnly if you're billed for it separately, in kWh. If your bill is in refrigeration ton-hours, multiply by 3.517. Don't include air-conditioning bundled into a service charge, which is your landlord's. The data you entered will be recorded and listed in the Report. However it will not be calculated towards your total carbon emissions, as no Singapore or Malaysian authority publishes an emission factor for purchased cooling.
